There is no acidic properties in this fruit -- leading this recipe to be number one for dry to normal skin types.

Things You Will Need:

  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange water
  • 1 tablespoon apricot or almond oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground almonds
  • 2 drops of your favorite essential oil.

  1. You will need to cut up the Kiwi into 4 to 6 slices, this makes it easier to blend the fruit. You should leave the skin on the kiwi seeing as how a lot of nutrients are kept in the skin of the fruit. Add those slices into a food processor or blender until mostly liquid.
  2. Add the yogurt, orange water, oil and the ground almonds into the food processor or blender. Blend for another good 2 to 3 minutes. You want all these ingredients to blend very smoothly to ensure the vitamins and nutrients mix together properly.
  3. You will want this kiwi facial cleanser to be almost creamy by the end of the blending section. Once you have gotten the facial cleanser to that certain texture, stop blending and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Apply to your face and gently rub in circular motion for 3 to 4 minutes. Rinse throughly with warm water. This recipe is basically for one batch of Kiwi facial cleanser -- if you have extra you can store for 2 to 3 days before the solution spoils.
